All my bars are vegan and gluten free. Bars weigh a minimum of 60 grams (often more as they are hand poured). I usually have date sweetened and miso bars; and often have custard apple sweetened, amazake, biscochito and chaga bars.

A Date with Chocolate: Date Sweetened 71%
No refined sugar, just the caramel sweetness of dates. Dates have been used to sweeten food for over 8,000 years and are a whole food. We use Honduras or Tumaco beans for this bar. All have a rich, deep creamy chocolate flavor that goes so well with the dates. If it's important to know which we currently are using, please drop us a note.
