A Date with Chocolate: Date Sweetened 71%
No refined sugar, just the caramel sweetness of dates. Dates have been used to sweeten food for over 8,000 years and are a whole food. We use Honduras, Maya Mountain, Tumaco or Polichec beans for this bar. All have a rich, deep creamy chocolate flavor that goes so well with the dates. Maruya Miso. 71% Wampasurpi, Honduras, Cacao
Smooth and rich with a slightly salty, umami flavor. Sounds weird but this is everyone's favorite. Read more about Maruya Miso and its history here. The image shows the Maruya fermentary with river rocks stacked on the miso vats.

Little Fox: Pistachio and Cherry. 71%
These flavors all blend together to something sublime. Plus the label is so darn cute! Plain chocolate bar with pistachios and cherries studded on the top.
We usually use either Tumaco or Polochic cacao for this bar.

Raspberry Bear. 71%
Raspberries and chocolate - ah! The perfect blend of sweet and tart. This is one of our most popular bars - our raspberry and chocolate bars are loved by many. Crushed raspberries are sprinkled over the top of the bar.

Flower Petal and Sea Salt. 65% Maya Mountain, Belize, Cacao
A beautiful bar with tiny flower petals that are barely tasted but look stunning. Tiny grains of salt deepen and accentuate the chocolate flavor.
Ingredients: Cacao beans, organic sugar, organic cacao butter, rose, marigold, cornflower, orange blossom and sea salt.
Oat and Tiger Nut Milk Chai Spice. 61%
A milky bar using oat and tiger nut milk. Chai spices make this bar so addictive!
Ingredients: Cacao beans, organic gluten free oats, organic tiger nuts, organic cacao butter, organic sugar, organic chai spices (cardamom, cinnamon, ginger, black pepper), Himalayan pink salt.
Zanzibar: Coconut Milk with Ginger. 61%
Tanzanian beans are pretty fruity. They pair perfectly with coconut milk and then roasted flaked coconut with pureed sweet ginger are sprinkled on the outside of the bar for a different, delicious crunch and flavor.
